Shipping and Returns

At Rhythm Jewellery customer service is of the highest priority. If you are unhappy with your piece of jewellery for any reason please feel free to contact customer service and we will assist you in any way we can. Jewellery is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. All returns must include a receipt dated within 30 days of the date of purchase. All personalized charms or pendants including school or competition logos are final sale.

We offer free shipping on all orders valued over $100 within North America. If you would like express shipping, or bulk shipping please contact sales@rhythmjewellery.com for more information.

In some cases Rhythm Jewellery customers are given the option to ship their package tracked or untracked. Though tracking is a more expensive way to ship we ask that you consider having your package tracked. Rhythm Jewellery will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen packages that do not have tracking.
