Shipping and Returns
At Rhythm Jewellery customer service is of the highest priority. If you are unhappy with your piece of jewellery for any reason please feel free to contact customer service and we will assist you in any way we can. Jewellery is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Rhythm Jewellery will not cover the costs of shipping the returned items. All returns must include a receipt dated within 30 days of the date of purchase. All personalized charms or pendants including school or competition logos are final sale.
We offer free shipping on all orders valued over $100 within North America. If you would like express shipping, or bulk shipping please contact sales@rhythmjewellery.com for more information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Rhythm Jewellery orders that are shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and may be collected by the individual destination country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package, Rhythm Jewellery has no control over these fees and charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's specific customs policies.
Tracking Packages
In some cases Rhythm Jewellery customers are given the option to ship their package tracked or untracked. Though tracking is a more expensive way to ship we ask that you consider having your package tracked. Rhythm Jewellery will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen package that do not have tracking.
